I’m a nutritionist who loves ice cream and hates exercise. (Are you in shock?) You will not take my morning dark roast away, I can’t imagine life without occasional pizza and cheesecake, and I’m never going to get up at 5 a.m. to sprint up a hill or hit the gym.

You live in the real world, and so do I. That means you don’t always have time to fix meals, drive around the city to find arcane ingredients, work through tedious 1.5-hour fitness classes, or otherwise spend hours to lose weight, get fit, and uncover your best self (it’s been there all along!).

Sometimes you might just want to grab a slice of pizza, flip on some trashy TV, and call it a day. I’ve been there and so have you.

Over my 7 years as a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist, I’ve helped thousands of clients all over the world transform their health and their lives with practical, simple strategies.

I’ve done that working with rock star nutrition and fitness leaders like Dr. Jonny Bowden and JJ Virgin to develop and implement online and phone coaching programs that got real, lasting results.

I did that at Howard Brown Health in Chicago, where I spent 2 years helping people with HIV/ AIDS and other chronic illnesses create healthier, happier lives.

I did those things, along with other successful endeavors, with one mission in mind: To show people how effective it can be to transform their lives with some simple dietary and lifestyle shifts.

And every time, my clients get results. Every time. Not always in a straight line and not always with perfection, but I show them how to reach a better, healthier, more inspiring place without making nutrition become their 2nd job.

My 5 years of training in nutrition includes the American Health Science University’s NINE program (earning their Certified Nutritionist credential)and a Master’s degree in nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, where I earned a 4.0 GPA. (Translation: That means I have lots of great info to share with you.)

I then combined that wide-ranging nutrition expertisewith another Master’s in mass communication. Because sharing this knowledge with the world is what drives me every day. It’s what gets me up and going in the morning (besides coffee!).

Working with gurus, mentors, and esteemed organizationshas become a dream come true, but what really gets me passionate and inspired is working one-on-one with amazing clients like you.

Without that, every other success falls flat for me.
