  • A 45-minute initial coaching session via Skype, phone, FaceTime, or (if you’re in Chicago) in person
  • 3 follow-up consultations over 90 days (weeks 4, 8, and 12)
  • Action steps after every session to put what you’ve learned into practice
  • Daily food journal check-in
  • Weekly 10-minute “pick-me-up” calls or emails to troubleshoot or cultivate encouragement
  • Email support for your eating, movement, and lifestyle habits with recommended tweaks and changes
  • A private Facebook forum for support, compliance, and accountability
